These terms apply when you use michelle-grossman.com or take part in a session, program or experience with Michelle Grossman. By using this website or booking with me, you agree to them.

Breathwork is not medical care

The information on this website, and the sessions, programs and recordings I offer, are for education and personal growth. They are not medical or psychological advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed health professional.

Breathwork can bring strong physical and emotional release, and it is safe for most people. Please speak with your physician before joining if you have a heart condition, untreated high blood pressure, severe respiratory condition, are pregnant or have had recent surgery. If you have asthma, please keep your inhaler nearby.

Taking care of yourself

You take part voluntarily and are responsible for your own wellbeing during and after a session. Please tell me about any relevant health conditions before we begin. You can slow down, pause or stop at any time. Never practise breathwork while driving, in water, or anywhere it would be unsafe to feel lightheaded.

Bookings, payments and cancellations

Sessions and programs are booked through my online booking pages. Prices are shown on this website and on the booking page. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms are shown when you book, or confirmed with you directly for longer programs.

Online sessions

For online sessions you will need a private, quiet space where you can lie down, and a reliable internet connection. I am not responsible for sessions affected by technical problems on your side, though I will always do my best to find a solution with you.

Results

Every person and every session is different. The experiences shared in testimonials are personal and are not a promise of any particular result.

My content

The text, photographs, audio, recordings and logo on this website belong to Michelle Grossman unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to use them for your own personal practice, but please do not copy, share or sell them without my written permission. Transformational Breath® is a registered trademark of its owner.

Other websites

This site links to other websites, such as Zoom and social media. I am not responsible for their content or how they work.

Liability

This website is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Michelle Grossman is not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of this website or from taking part in sessions, programs or recordings.

Changes to these terms

If I update these terms, I will post the new version here with a new date at the top.
