This policy explains what personal information michelle-grossman.com collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. In short: I only collect what you choose to send me, I use it to work with you, and I never sell it.

Who I am

This website belongs to Michelle Grossman, a breathwork facilitator, somatic coach and speaker. You can reach me about anything in this policy at michelle@michelle-grossman.com.

What I collect

  • When you send a message. The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. These are emailed to my inbox so I can reply to you.
  • When you sign up for my free audio or emails. Your name and email address are stored with my email service provider, Kit (formerly ConvertKit), so I can send you what you asked for.
  • When you book. Sessions are booked through Zoom Scheduler. Zoom collects the details you enter there, and handles any payment, under its own privacy policy.
  • In our work together. What you share with me in sessions stays confidential, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • Automatically. Like most websites, the server that hosts this site keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These help keep the site secure and running.

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies.

How I use it

  • To reply to your messages and questions.
  • To send you the audio, emails or updates you signed up for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
  • To arrange and run sessions you book.
  • To keep this website secure.

Who I share it with

I never sell or rent your information. I only use trusted services that help me run my practice: website hosting (Namecheap), email (Google Workspace), my mailing list (Kit) and bookings (Zoom). Each handles your information under its own privacy policy. I may also share information if the law requires it.

How long I keep it

I keep your information only as long as I need it for the purpose you gave it for, or as long as the law requires. You can ask me to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can unsubscribe from my emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. To make a request, email michelle@michelle-grossman.com.

Security

This site uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and I take reasonable care to protect your information. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

Other websites

This site links to other websites, such as Zoom and my social media pages. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If I update this policy, I will post the new version here with a new date at the top.
