Weekly sessions
Online Group breathwork
Sometimes it helps to breathe together.
These live online sessions offer a way to step away from your day, slow down, and give yourself space to breathe and feel.
You’ll be guided through a Transformational Breath® journey from the comfort of your own home.
Come as you are, bring a quiet space, and let the breath lead the way. No experience necessary.
Why it helps to breathe together
Something happens in a group that doesn’t happen on your own. Even through a screen, you can feel other people settling, letting go, and breathing alongside you. It makes it easier to drop in and simply be in your body for an hour.
Every session is different. Some people feel emotion move through them. Some feel tingling, warmth, or energy shifting in the body. Many leave calmer, clearer, and more at ease. Whatever unfolds is perfect, and all of you is welcome.
Come as you are and see what the breath offers you. Beginners and seasoned breathers are welcome. The breath knows the way.
How a session flows
We begin gently, with a few minutes to arrive and set an intention for your session. Then you lie down, get comfortable, and I guide you into the breath.
I stay with you the whole time, with music to carry you and my voice to guide you. We close slowly, with time to integrate and, if you’d like, share anything that came through.
The best part: there is nothing to figure out. Just show up, breathe, and see what unfolds.
What to have with you
- A quiet space where you can lie down undisturbed
- Headphones, if you have them, and a blanket and pillow
- Water nearby, and a little time afterward to be slow
- No experience necessary, only a willingness to breathe
